On May 6, 2026, the 261kWh high-efficiency liquid cooled energy storage cabinet was lifted, debugged, and officially put into operation in Chashan Town, Dongguan City. This project is another benchmark practice for Chashan Town to respond to the "dual carbon" strategy and promote the demonstration application of new energy storage. It will provide an integrated energy solution for local industrial and commercial users, including peak shaving and valley filling, energy conservation and cost reduction, and backup power supply guarantee, and help the regional industrial green and low-carbon transformation.
The 261kWh liquid cooled energy storage cabinet put into operation this time adopts a core configuration of lithium iron phosphate battery cells and a fully liquid cooled temperature control system, which combines high safety, high density efficiency, long service life, and low energy consumption. The core advantages are precise temperature control and longer service life. The fully liquid cooled immersive heat dissipation system strictly controls the temperature difference of the battery cells within the cluster to ≤ 3 ℃, completely solving the problems of large air cooling temperature difference and uneven aging of the battery cells. The cycle life is increased by 20% -30%, and the design service life reaches 15-20 years.
